Dear friends and family of the Renaissance Kingdom,
It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my father, Jim Parks, Sr. He died this morning (12/19/07) at 4 AM at St. Peter's University Hospital. He had been battling kidney and liver cancer for several years.
As most of you know, my dad was one of the founders of the N. J. Renaissance Kingdom back in 1989, where he served as Scenic Designer, Master Builder, and Actor until 1998.
He will be sorely missed.
A memorial service will be held in the near future. Details will be posted here on the Forum Board within the next few days.
